Lab / Experiments

Where ideas get tested before they get built.

Interactive studies, small utilities, shelved ideas and early work. Some of it fed directly into a product; some of it taught me what not to build.

Nothing on this page is production software. Each entry says exactly what state it’s in.

Experiments

  • Interface2026Prototype

    Seal Playground Try it

Type the terms of a deal and watch its fingerprint ring redraw. A recreation of the idea behind the PACT Seal: every character of a digest becomes a tick, so changed terms visibly change shape.

    Fingerprint

    DACD 5945 D107 B09C 3402 FC49 6258 55CD

    DRAFT

Interactive recreation for this site. It uses a simple non-cryptographic hash for illustration; Pact itself uses Blake2b.

  • AI2026Prototype

    Refund Guardrail Try it

Try to get an agent to issue a refund. The decision comes from the same rule table NORA enforces in Python — amount, order age and refund history — not from a model’s judgment.

    ALLOW

    Allowed — executes now

    Within every automatic limit

    1. Amount must be above $0 and within what is refundable — passed
    2. Over $200 is above the agent’s ceiling — passed
    3. Over $50 needs a human — passed
    4. Order older than 30 days needs a human — passed
    5. Customer refunded in the last 90 days needs a human — passed

Reimplements NORA’s documented refund rules client-side. No model is called.

  • Web32026Archived

    Stake Challenge

The first Nimiq Mini App idea: pick a challenge, stake a little NIM, and the group decides who wins the pot. Shelved in favour of Pact once the custody problem was clear — a winner payout means someone holding everyone’s funds.

Vite + React frontend, Express backend. Payout was never wired, deliberately.

  • Utility2026Prototype

    Copybot

A self-hosted bot that watches chosen wallets for free NFT mints and replays them from your own wallets, controlled entirely from Telegram — pause, thresholds, gas caps and allowlists, persisted without restarts.

Starts paused by default; keys never leave the operator’s own machine. Source is private.

  • Early concept2025Archived

    Early web studies

Where it started: hand-written HTML and CSS — hotel, restaurant, fruit-shop and real-estate pages, a few interface clones, CSS animation drills, and a first portfolio with an embedded Spline 3D scene.
