I’m Khaleed — a product builder. I turn ambitious ideas into digital products across AI, Web3 and full-stack engineering, from early experiments to deployed applications.

Each one shipped something real — a deployed app, a working agent, a contract on-chain — and each says plainly what is still a prototype.

An outcome operating system: brands fund measurable results, contributors deliver them, and payment follows verification.

A Nimiq Pay Mini App that turns an informal deal into terms both sides sign with their wallet — then tracks the work and the payments against it.

An AI operations agent that can move money — and the deterministic guardrails that stop it from doing something expensive and stupid.
A multi-sided real estate marketplace: buyers, renters and investors on one side; agents, deals and an admin CMS on the other.

Proof of prediction: commit a call on-chain before an event, reveal it after, and build a reputation anyone can recompute.
Capabilities
The same habit runs through all of them: make the important property of a system visible, and enforce it in code rather than copy.
Applications, APIs and the infrastructure under them: auth, data models, payments, tests, deployment.

About
I like the moment an idea stops being a slide and becomes something you can click. Most of what I build sits where new technology meets an old human problem — agreeing on terms, getting paid for results, trusting an agent with your money.
I design and engineer end to end, and I care about the unglamorous parts: the guardrail, the redaction boundary, the label that says “demo”.

Founders, teams and collaborators — if you are building something that needs product thinking and engineering in the same head, I’d like to hear about it.
