About

I build products where new technology meets old problems.

I’m Adeleke Khaleed — Khaleed — a product builder based in Ibadan, Nigeria. I design and engineer software end to end: the idea, the interface, the data model, the deployment.

The problems I keep returning to are very human ones. Two people remembering a deal differently. A brand paying for activity when it wanted results. An agent that can issue refunds, and the question of what stops it from issuing the wrong one.

AI and blockchains interest me because they change what software can guarantee — a signature anyone can verify, a timestamp nobody can edit, an assistant that can act. They also make it very easy to overclaim. I try to build the version that holds up.

How I work

Four habits that show up in everything I ship.

01

Enforce it in code, not in copy

If a rule matters, it lives in an if-statement or a database constraint — not in a prompt or a paragraph of terms.

See it in NORA’s refund guardrail
02

Say what is simulated

Every demo figure is labelled. Every case study on this site separates what runs today from what is planned.

See it in Vyntara’s disclosures
03

Make the important property visible

The best trust signal is one the user can see for themselves, like a seal that changes shape when the terms change.

See it in The PACT Seal
04

Let anyone try it

A judge without a wallet, a recruiter without an API key — each should still be able to see the whole product work.

Timeline

From static pages to deployed products.

Dates come from each project’s commit history.

  1. 2025

Learning in public, one static site at a time

HTML, CSS and JavaScript studies — hotel, restaurant and real-estate pages, interface clones, and a first portfolio with a Spline 3D scene.

    Visit the Lab
  2. Aug 2026

    First full-stack products

Property On Set — a multi-sided real estate marketplace — and a reservation-and-ordering platform for Tam Cuisine.

Read the Property On Set case study
  3. Aug – Sep 2026

    Agents with limits

NORA, an operations agent whose guardrails live in code. Then ECHO, an iMessage agent built for the Photon challenge.

  4. Sep 2026

    Wallet-native products

Pact for the Nimiq Mini Apps Competition and Pact Markets for Monad Metropolis — two takes on making a claim verifiable.

    Read the Pact case study
  5. Oct 2026

    Vyntara

An outcome operating system: the largest build so far, with a working demo workspace and an honest disclosures page.

Working together

The people I’d like to build with.

Early-stage founders

Who need someone to take an idea from a sentence to a deployed first version — product, design and engineering.

Teams building with AI agents

Especially where the agent touches money, customers or anything else that should not be left to a prompt.

Web3 products with real users

Where the chain should do real work — signatures, verification, settlement — rather than decorate a pitch.

Hackathon and research collaborators

Short, intense builds where scope discipline and honest demos matter more than slideware.

Let’s talk

Have an ambitious idea? Let’s build it.

Founders, teams and collaborators — if you are building something that needs product thinking and engineering in the same head, I’d like to hear about it.
